Founded as a professional construction company led by civil and structural engineers, registering as a Grade G7 CIDB contractor.
Property Development division launched
Leveraging construction expertise, DKLS entered property development — establishing DKLS Development Sdn Bhd and DKLS Premierhome Sdn Bhd.
DKLS Industries Berhad incorporated
The holding company was formally incorporated, consolidating the group's diversified business activities.
Listed on KLSE Second Board
DKLS achieved its first public listing on the Second Board of Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange, enabling capital expansion.
Upgraded to KLSE Main Board
Reflecting sustained growth and financial strength, DKLS was upgraded to the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia.
Quarry & Premix expansion
DKLS Quarry & Premix Sdn Bhd expanded operations across multiple sites in Perak and Kedah, supplying granite aggregates, asphaltic concrete, and ready-mix.
Acquired Tower 8, Bangsar South
DKLS Equity Sdn Bhd acquired Tower 8 at Avenue 5, Bangsar South City — a 14-storey boutique office building in Kuala Lumpur.
International expansion: Laos
DKLS Clearwater Sdn Bhd established a 70% equity joint venture in SAVAN-DKLS Water Supply Co. Ltd., managing water distribution in Savannakhet Province, Laos.

DKLS Construction received recognition for outstanding quality in the upgrade and refurbishment of Parliament Building Phase 3B.
